After booking your session you will be able to checkout using PayPal as the default processor. If unable to pay through PayPal choose the on-site option and we will contact you in order to process your payment through POS system.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at a later date?
Yes, feel free to either call or email us and we will make the proper accommodations. If upgrades pertaining to Audio or Video edits are requested after recording the difference in package options plus $50 will added to updated invoice.
What's included in editing?
Added titles, build ins/ outs, social media links, intro and outro. (This includes a maximum of 1 revision for additional revisions a $40 fee will be added per revision)
I’m ready to book my first session. What do I do next?
Choose the package option that is appropriate for you.
1. Follow prompts.
2. Submit your deposit.
3. Wait for your confirmation text/ email.
4. You will receive a phone call discuss details of your booking
5. We come to venue and record.
Is there any buffer time in case I am late for my session?
It is suggested that you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time in order to get you acclimated with the equipment, and to get your vocals & monitoring in alignment. However, we understand that life sometimes happens and for that reason, we allow for a 15 mins grace period and your time will be adjusted accordingly.
[exmaple: “My appointment is from 3 pm-4 pm, but I’m 15mins late.” Your session now lasts from 3:15 pm-4:15 pm]
Are you hiring?
We are not currently hiring at the moment, but when positions become available we will post opening.
What is the cancellation process?
All appointments can be rescheduled with 24 hr prior with no penalty. Any appointments cancelled less than 72 hr in advance forfeit deposit.
Why do you require 3 hours?
Off site bookings require a 3 hr minimum. 1 1/2 hours are dedicated for setup and breakdown. 1 1/2 hours are allocated to your recording runtime.
